Hungarian Stuffed Bell Peppers

with Veggie Noodles

These Hungarian stuffed bell peppers are easy to make. With the sweetness of Hungarian paprika, and savory tomato soup, these hearty peppers are a wonderful dish to come home and warm up to.

The spiralized zucchini, yellow squash, and carrots cook right along with the entire dish.



  • 1 yellow squash spiralized
  • 1 extra large carrot spiralized
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons  gluten free flour


  1. In bowl, combine ground beef, rice, paprika and 1/2 cup of the soup.
  2. Fill the green bell peppers with the meat mix.
  3. Arrange 4 peppers on a glass tray for the oven.
  4. Spiralize your zucchini, and fill around the peppers.
  5. Top with tomato soup.
  6. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes.
